The CDH Charitable Foundation Study Abroad Scholarship awards up to $5,000 for study abroad in the summer, with the aim to diversify the student population studying abroad. The eligibility requirements are as follows:

Deadline: January 31

Highly qualified undergraduate students are invited to apply for scholarships funding study, senior thesis research and/or internships in Germany. 

Deadline: November 15 & March 15

Delta Phi Alpha offers several scholarships to recognize high-achieving Delta Phi Alpha undergraduate students (sophomores and juniors) from active chapters with a one-time award for study abroad on an accredited program in a German-speaking country. See the Delta Phi Alpha website for more information.

This fund helps University of Arizona students finance their participation in study abroad programs in German-speaking countries. 

Deadline: February 15

Opportunity to fund 10 months of study in Germany.

Deadline: in March

The U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship is a grant program that enables students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad, thereby gaining skills critical to our national security and economic prosperity. 

Deadline: June 30

A five-month internship in the German Parliament.

Deadline: February 15

Support for the Summer-in-Leipzig study abroad program.

Deadline: in January

Benefits students in good standing who are declared majors in any of the SILLC disciplines to participate in a UA approved study or internship abroad program. See SILLC website for more information, especially this year's due date.

ThinkSwiss offers scholarships for a research stay in Switzerland.
