For participants of the graduate student workshop/symposium "Multilingualism in a Globalized World” and Department of German Studies graduate students and faculty: Please join us for a half-day excursion that includes a hike in the Sonoran Desert, a visit of the historic San Xavier del Bac Mission on the Tohona O'odham Reservation and a lunch in South Tucson. Meet participants of the international graduate student workshop/symposium, continue your discussions on multilingualism and multiculturalism research, and learn about Arizona's environment and cultures. Transportation will be provided on a rustic American school bus.
