Fisch out of Water, Season 3!

When
4 to 6 p.m., Sept. 28, 2012

The purpose of Fisch out of Water is to encourage speakers of foreign and second languages (whether ASL, French, Navajo, German, Klingon, or classical Greek) to use their own voices in non-native ways, in the company of their peers. Concretely, Fisch out of Water invites language learners to read / perform a poem or short prose text in the language(s) they are currently learning or have learned.

Our first event of 2012-13 is an opportunity to get together and share our love of languages in an intimate, supportive salon environment. Everyone will have a chance to read something and share their observations about it. Free food and n/a refreshments for participants!

To RSVP, or with ideas and questions, please contact Carolin Radtke, German Studies Masters Student, at carrad@email.arizona.edu.

See you at Fisch!
