Dissertation Proposal Presentation

Esther von Stosch (Doctoral candidate in Transcultural German Studies) will present her Dissertation Proposal "Westöstliche Dingimaginationen: Perspektivierungen materieller Hybridität in persischen und deutschen Narrativen des Mittelalters." The event will begin with a ca. 30 minute presentation by the candidate, after which there are 30 minutes for audience questions. After this first hour, the public portion is concluded. At that point, the committee (Drs. Monika Schausten, Joela Jacobs, Katajun Amirpur, and Barbara Kosta) will deliberate without the candidate and then provide feedback to the candidate in closed session for ca. 30 minutes.
