German Advanced University Students Alliance (GAUSA) is a new networking opportunity for German students on Facebook. Once or twice a week students will receive a short message about a new Facebook posting on GAUSA. The Facebook postings will be selected from various sources of interest to students of German including the AATG, DAAD, Deutsche Welle, German departments, Fulbright, the Goethe Institute, embassies, and other organizations with interests in German language and culture. Students will be informed about grants, study and work opportunities abroad, news in language education, conferences, national German events, etc. German Departments and individual professors are invited to advertise their own conferences and events of regional or national interest.
