Congratulations to our own Richmond Embeywa who published a presentation of his dissertation project in the recent issue of German Studies Review (46.1, 2023). His project "Ideologies on Learner Subjectivity in the German Integration Courses" "critically examines ideologies of culture learning as they manifest in the German integration course, a language/culture program established by the state that is mandatory for refugees, asylum seekers, and certain third-country nationals."
