Please join us in congratulating Betsy Carter, who has been selected as a Russell J. and Dorothy S. Bilinski Fellow for 2025-26! Betsy is a student in the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching (SLAT) and a graduate associate teacher with the Department of German Studies. This prestigious fellowship will help her focus on her dissertation research in the next 18 months.
