After earning my B.A. in French, German, and International Relations at Bucknell University in 2004, and living and interning in Germany, I began working on my M.A. in German Studies at the University of Arizona in 2006. In 2008, I started the PhD program in Second Language Acquisition and Teaching here at the UA. I have been fortunate enough to stay on in the German department to teach! My areas of interest include Study Abroad, Intercultural Competence, and Technology and Language Learning; and any combination thereof. When I'm not on campus, I'm probably out hiking somewhere.
