The Department is now accepting applications for the 2018 Summer Study-in-Leipzig-Germany Program, a study abroad program in German language and culture. Students of any area of study with a minimum of two semesters of college German (or equivalent) are eligible to apply. Participants will earn 6 units of credit which may be used to fulfill the university’s second language requirement and/or count towards a major/minor in German Studies. Program dates are June 1-30, 2018 (plus a week of online program preparation in May). Priority application deadline is December 15, 2017. Final deadline is February 15, 2018. Students are encouraged to apply for departmental and external scholarships. Most scholarship deadlines are January 15, 2018.
